• Ayah 1Before you name what you fear, you name the One who splits the night open every morning, and you run to Him.
• Ayah 2Everything that can hurt you was created, so none of it is in charge, and all of it answers to the One you run to.
• Ayah 3Night does not only fall, it pours in and settles; run, while it lasts, to the One who ends it every morning.
• Ayah 4Some harm is worked in secret, knot by knot; meet it not with fascination or panic, but with the Lord of daybreak.
• Ayah 5Envy may reach the one envied but always burns the envier; this ayah shields you from the first and warns you of the second.
