“So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great.”

Essence
After an entire surah spent proving its own certainty, the one thing left to do with that certainty is turn and glorify the One it all pointed to.
A reflection
A conclusion, not a fresh command
This near-identical closing line returns the full weight of its other occurrence in Al-Waqi'ah (56:96), where it answers a warning scene, the hellish drink and fire given to the companions of the left. Here, the small word fa, so, links it instead to the previous ayah's claim of total certainty (69:51): having just been told this is truth at the degree where doubt has nowhere left to stand, the surah's final instruction is not a new argument but the one response left once an argument this complete has actually landed. Glorify, because there is, at this point, nothing further to weigh.
This is also the very last ayah of the entire surah, not merely the close of a section within it, as 56:96 is. Everything argued from the opening description of the Reality through the two contrasted fates and the long defence of the Quran's own authenticity arrives, finally, at a single act rather than a further claim: sabbiḥ, glorify.
