Al-Furqan 25:35
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَجَعَلْنَا مَعَهُۥٓ أَخَاهُ هَـٰرُونَ وَزِيرًا
“And We had certainly given Moses the Scripture and appointed with him his brother Aaron as an assistant.”

Essence
Musa was given the whole Book and his brother at his side, and was still denied: the help was real, and the outcome was Allah's.
A reflection
The Book that came all at once was denied too
Read this ayah straight after the objection in 25:32. They had asked: why was the Quran not sent down to him all at once, as the Torah was? Three ayat later, the surah turns to the Torah itself. Wa-laqad ātaynā Mūsā al-kitāb: and We certainly gave Musa the Book.
The commentaries say this opens the surah's run of stories, and read them as comfort for the Prophet ﷺ, as 25:31 was. But this first story also carries a sharper point, and it lies in the order of the surah.
Feel the quiet force of that order. The deniers implied that a book delivered whole would settle the question. Here is the very Book they had in mind. It came to Musa, as they themselves said, at once. He also had something the Prophet ﷺ did not have in Makkah: a prophet-brother at his side. And the next ayah records the outcome. The people who denied Our signs, We destroyed them utterly (25:36).
So the format was never the problem. A Book all at once or a Book in stages; one messenger, or two together. Those who had decided not to believe did not believe. The objection of 25:32 is answered a second time, now not by argument but by history.
That is a relief for anyone who explains faith to others. People sometimes say: if only it had been put to me differently, I would accept. Sometimes that is true, and we should present it better. But this ayah warns against thinking that the format decides the heart. Musa had everything the critics asked for, and Pharaoh still said no.
