“And mentions the name of his Lord and prays.”

Essence
Real remembrance does not stay in the head: the heart recalls whom it will stand before, and the body follows it into prayer.
A reflection
Give us rest by it
A father of twins paces the landing at sunset with a crying baby on each shoulder. His wife comes up the stairs and takes them both. He goes into the box room, stands on the mat and says Allāhu akbar. For four minutes, nobody needs anything from him.
Many of us experience prayer as one more demand in a crowded day. The Prophet ﷺ spoke of it the other way round.
Abu Dawud reports a scene from a sick room. Visitors had come to see a man of the Anṣār, and the time for prayer arrived. He called for water to wash, saying: perhaps I will pray, and find rest. His visitors were taken aback. He told them he had heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: stand, Bilāl, call the prayer, and give us rest by it. The report is graded ṣaḥīḥ.
And al-Nasāʾī reports the Prophet ﷺ saying that the delight of his eye had been placed in prayer. It is graded ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ.
Not rest from prayer. Rest by it.
Allah needs none of this. I want no provision from them, He says, nor that they feed Me (51:57). The prayer adds nothing to Him. It is built for the one who stands in it. Truly, in the remembrance of Allah hearts find rest (13:28).
Look at what people now pay for a few minutes of quiet. Noise-cancelling headphones, retreats in the hills, apps that talk you into breathing. The hunger is real: somewhere to set the load down, and be known without performing. The ayah offers that five times a day, free, facing the One who made the heart that is tired.
The ayah also shows how it happens. First he remembered his Lord's name, then he prayed. The rest comes from whom you are standing before, not from the movements alone.
The father in the box room goes back to the landing afterwards. The babies are still crying. But he is not the same man who handed them over.
