Al-Insan 76:11
فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ نَضْرَةً وَسُرُورًا
“So Allāh will protect them from the evil of that Day and give them radiance and happiness”

Essence
Every fear they carried is answered: the harm they dreaded is held off, and they are met with shining faces and glad hearts.
A reflection
Not a fairy-tale ending: an answer, point by point
A ten-year-old writes to her grandfather abroad with five questions, numbered. Weeks later his reply arrives. He has answered every one, in order, numbered one to five. She keeps that letter for years. It was proof that he had read every word.
This ayah reads like that reply. It is easy to hear it as a happy ending tacked on: and so they lived happily ever after. But look at how precisely it answers what came before.
In 76:7 they feared a Day 'whose harm, sharr, spreads far'. Here, Allah protected them from the sharr of that Day. The same word, now held off. In 76:10 they feared a Day that is 'frowning'. Here He meets them with naḍra, radiance. One classical commentary says it plainly. In place of the frowning and grief of the wicked, He gave them radiance in their faces and joy in their hearts. Their fear was khawf; His answer is wiqāya, a shield. Point by point, every fear is answered.
And the small word 'so' carries the logic. The early commentators explain: Allah warded off what they had been wary of, because of what they used to do that pleased their Lord. Another adds: because of their fear and their guarding against it.
Here the majesty of the ayah humbles us. We tell our worries to people who half listen, and forget them by the next week. Allah heard each fear of His servants, and kept them all, and answered each one. The ego assumes it must manage its own future. This ayah shows a Lord who had already read every line.
The past tense adds certainty. 'So Allah protected them' is said of a Day that has not yet come, as if it were already done. Promises made by Him are spoken as history.
So bring your fears to Him by name. He keeps the list, and He replies in order.
